Butterface

Wise Readers, Lately, I’ve encountered a lot of what’s called Butterface—as in, when a man’s date has “a fantastic body…but her face…” And it’s genuinely surprised me. Because I’ve always assumed that The Face trumps The Body. Right???

Guess Who’s Paying For Dinner?

I’m a grad student, so when my friend Eva offered to set me up with Traci, I said I’d need to split the cost. But Eva won’t go ahead unless I pay the whole bill. I’m not opposed to paying sometimes, but it doesn’t seem fair, modern, or economically wise for me to do it now. What’s the answer?
