Kindness is Learnable and We Need Kindness Now

Science proves that kindness is learnable; current events show that it’s so needed now. You’ve often heard me say that without being and finding a partner who is kind and respectful—not just when things are going their way, but as a habit—love won’t last. Fortunately, there are solid, science-supported resources for becoming more kind.
